The yelp file help/C/gnome-power-manager.xml is outdated, too small, has hardly any screenshots, and is basically useless.

I need a volunteer to rehash this document, adding in recent screenshots and lots more help text. My english is pretty rubbish so I'm probably not the best guy to do this.

I've added a bucketload of screenshots to CVS.  If anybody wants to reopen this bug, with a patch, please feel more than welcome.
