Marked a GAL folder for offline usage.
restarted evolution and exchange-storage processes.
Went to contacts component and selected GAL.
GAL loaded 8 contacts. These contacts are same as those
in Personal contacts folder.

Found that, since the folder Contacts was selected
to mark it for offline usage (See bug #329623), 
the GAL uri has changed to that of contacts and it 
is loading Contacts folder instead of GAL
