Please make the "All Text Files" filter in the Open File... dialog the default.
As a text editor, I think that this should be default. Thanks in advance.

Note that this is not the default at the moment becuause the mime system is a bit braindead: most of the text files have a mime type "text/foo" so we catch them with "text/*", but some of the text files have mime (for instance xml and some srcipting languages) "application/foo" so we at the moment special case them but we surely miss a few.

A way to query the mime system for all text files would be welcome.
