Description Evert Verhellen 2006-01-29 22:46:45 UTC
As of version 2.7.2 it appears that gThumb doesn't properly determine the image type from the contents of a file anymore (still worked fine in 2.7.1).

E.g.:
 1. Start gThumb.
 2. Press [Alt] + [Print Screen].
 3. Save as "screenshot".
 4. Press [Ctrl] + [R] to reload.

Actual results:
The image "screenshot" doesn't show up.

Expected results:
It should if "Determine image type from content (slower)" is enabled in the preferences.

Version: 2.7.2

Maybe it's a normal bug. Maybe it's a major bug. Please change if necessary. Initially I thought some images were lost and already inserted a backup CD. Luckily they're just hidden.
