Testing with a pwc webcam.

The following pipeline can not go to PAUSED:
GST_DEBUG=v4l*:4 gst-launch-0.10 v4lsrc name=source autoprobe-fps=false copy-mode=1 device=/dev/video0 ! videorate ! "video/x-raw-yuv, framerate=(fraction)15/2, width=(int)320, height=(int)240" ! tcpserversink

Putting videorate after the filtered caps does work, though.

gst-launch v4l2src use-fixed-fps=false ! xvimagesink
and also with your pipeline above?
