GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 328405
A signature will be attached when redirecting an email
Last modified: 2007-08-23 10:12:17 UTC
Please describe the problem: My opinion is, that a message-text shouldn't be changed in any way, when redirecting it. In evolution a signature will be added automatically. 2nd problem: You can't remove the signature with the drop-down box. If you choose another signature, the signature will be added without any problems, but can't be removed. You might add thousands of signatures, if you were bored. Steps to reproduce: 1. Have a standard-signature or choose a signature from the dropdown-box. 2. Redirect (not foreward) an email 3. See the message-text Actual results: A signature will be added and the message altered. Expected results: The message should be redirected without any changes. Does this happen every time? Everytime you have signature. Other information:
