Description Rohini 2006-01-20 11:40:50 UTC
Please describe the problem:
Ctrl+Shift+c is the shortcut key to insert column and Ctrl+Shift+b is meant to
increase border width. The keys assigned must be changed because
Ctrl+Shift+[0-9A-F] are used to enter unicode characters.

Pressing these key combinations in a table doesn't do the necessary function but
tries to insert characters.

Steps to reproduce:
1. In Composer window, choose Format->HTML
2. Insert->Table. Press close with default 3 X 3
3. Place cursor in any cell of the table and press Ctrl+Shift+c

Actual results:
New Column is not added

Expected results:
A new column should be added

Does this happen every time?
always

Add usability key word. Approving the patch for commit.
Srini - pl. confirm that this does not conflict with existing key bindings (I think not).

Committing it anyway for the current release.
