Thanks for the patch.

This patch does not apply against the cvs version of the documentation, but I'll just add the abstract line.

We do want to have 'Epiphany Web Browser Manual' as title, because otherwise there is no clue that Epiphany is the web browser.

The clue is in the abstract itself of course.
