Please describe the problem:
If you go through the menu for "HTML / Meta / Meta Tag" then it prints:

<meta name="" value="" />

But, as far as I know, it should be the following:

<meta name="" content="" />

Fixed in CVS. However, because of the current design of the custom menu, a user will have to delete their ~/.bluefish/custom_menu file to see the change.
