Add Accessibility::Terminal  per http://gnome.org/%7Ebillh/at-spi-new-idl/html/html/

area: atk api

Need to define resources to do patches. Maybe same
person can implement both ATK interface and VTE.

Target Gnome 2.16 by end of July 2006.

In order to add this api, we also need an AtkTerminal implementation for vte.

Adding the ATK interface should not be a big job, but the vte implementation will be a bigger job.

I think this will probably have to be bumped to gnome 2.18.

GNOME is going to shut down bugzilla.gnome.org in favor of gitlab.gnome.org.
As part of that, we are mass-closing older open tickets in bugzilla.gnome.org
which have not seen updates for a longer time (resources are unfortunately
quite limited so not every ticket can get handled).

If you can still reproduce the situation described in this ticket in a recent
and supported software version of atk, then please follow
  https://wiki.gnome.org/GettingInTouch/BugReportingGuidelines
and create a ticket at
  https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/atk/-/issues/
