there are useless seperators in the menus of new appointment ui:

- there's a seperator in "view" above the first item "show time zone"
- there's a seperator in "insert" below the last item "attachment".

it's exactly the same with the task editor.

andre, the seperator below Attachment is fixed in HEAD. The seperator in View is required, since it helps to group logically the showing attendee options with timezone and categories.
