"updated (gst 0.10) RH.

Sometimes, the seek bar stops working (becomes unsensitive/greyed out).

1) select podcasts.
2) create a feed and download an episode.
3) when the episode is downloaded, start playing it : the seek bar works as expected
4) enable both "Repeat" AND "Shuffle" modes.
5) when the file has been played, it starts playing it again (as expected), but
this time, the seek bar somehow becomes greyed out, doesn't move, and can't be
moved with the mouse."

Judging by the description, this is probably a duplicate of #322077.

Yes, this was one of the side-issues caused by that bug.
