There are some bugs in the localisation of gweather/gnome-applets for this language, as described in

(Either both or just one of the above URLs show issues with this language).

Commit to HEAD:
- DEFAULT_LOCATION is now Thai-translated.
- DEFAULT_ZONE and DEFAULT_RADAR are unchanged.
  The respective fallback strings "------" and "---" should already be OK,
  although they are not what suggested in the comments.
- DEFAULT_CODE and DEFAULT_COORDINATES were not issue. So, unchanged.
