GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 324798
new bugzilla does not allow me to change the status of a bug from needinfo to e.g. unconfirmed
Last modified: 2005-12-22 13:41:07 UTC
Please describe the problem: The new version of bugzilla does not allow me to change the status of a bug from needinfo to e.g. unconfirmed, this way all my bugs remain as needinfo and probably no one will ever look at them again - which makes using bugzilla completely useless. Steps to reproduce: happens for me e.g with bug #322697 Actual results: Expected results: Does this happen every time? Other information:
please don't set the status to NEEDINFO ;)
Are you logged in at that time? I still need to put a login box on the show_bug.cgi page if you are not logged in (instead of just a comment box). Don't worry, I read the bug even while in NEEDINFO state.
Whoops.. I can understand why it happens by reading the template...
yes I am logged in (says the top right corner, also I have a view my bugs link on the bottom)
Think I fixed it. Can you try again on that bug?
Yes, now I see: Bug Status Change Leave as NEEDINFO Reopen bug (**** yahoo ****) Resolve bug, changing resolution to Resolve bug, mark it as duplicate of bug #
