Where did this come from ? Can whoever made the translation submit it through the translation project please ?

The translation has been made by people working for canonical as mentionned by the .po. What is the normal way to submit translations for gstreamer, since it's not on the GNOME CVS it's probably not done by the same translation team?

closing, obsolete now anyway. and translations go through the translation project.
