Distribution/Version: Ubuntu 5.10 (Breezy Badger)

In the Format menu, both the List and Italics menu items use the letter 'I' as
their keyboard accelerator. It appears that changing the List accelerator to 'T'
would fix the issue.

PS - No pun intended with "accelerator" and "collisions". :)
