Please describe the problem:
Everytime I open multimedia file properties (AVI, MP3, etc.),
Nautilus changes its language from French to English. 
This problem occurs only if "totem-xine is installed. With "totem-gstreamer"
everything works fine.

I use Gentoo, this bug seems not to be distribution specific.
And according to the Ubuntu report, the bug is not locale specific too.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Make sure totem-xine is installed and not using English locale
2. Open Audio/Video properties of a MP3, AVI, etc file
3. Nautilus changes language from localised to English

According to Totem 1.2.1 changelog, « Fix possible i18n problems with the
Nautilus properties window and the Mozilla plugin », the problem seems to be
resolved.
But, in fact, the problem isn't fixed.

Maybe, change Product to Totem is better.
