Description Murray Cumming 2005-12-05 13:39:41 UTC
The "Choose password for default keyring" has two GtkEntry widgets that are
presumably for entering the password twice. But they have no labels. This is
probably confusing to people.

This is on Ubuntu Dapper.

Murray, is this a gnome-keyring bug or a gnome-keyring-manager one?

add labels for the entries.

Forget previous comment. This fixes the issue.

I guess this would break UI freeze, and if not applied today, string freeze, too.

The patch looks good to me. It would need a release-team approval to go in at this time though.

Alex,

Who should ask for the approval? (I am not familiar with this stage of development yet).
Comment 6 Alexander Larsson 2006-02-17 15:15:05 UTC
release-team@gnome.org
Comment 7 Claudio Saavedra 2006-02-18 13:32:13 UTC
i18n team has rejected permission to break string freeze, even when doc and release teams approved.

I will apply it once gnome-keyring gets branched, I guess (unless you want to insist).

Fixed in the development version. The fix will be available in the next major release. Thank you for your bug report.
