I haven't managed to fix the second one, weird stuff...

Sent a mail to the i18n list about breaking the freeze for the first patch.

Patch for all issues.

From translators point of view it isn't worth to break string freeze. If
someone really needs this shortcut it is possible to type Alt-r-r to access
"Restore To Defaults".

Fixed in HEAD
