have been commited to Mozilla which changes the text "Signed by" to
"Authenticated by" and also adds a note "Warning: Contains unauthenticated
content" on mixed sites. "Authenticated by" is probably better i think, but
maybe check with crispin first since he's the SSL guru.

The changes suggested in the mozilla patches are fine by me, and seem like much
better wording (and perfectly accurate)
