The icon given for the preferences window and set in the taskbar and window list
is fuzzy, even though it is the same size as the icon on the panel (give or take).

Ok, this is fixed i was using GTK_ICON_SIZE_DIALOG, which is just an enum, so a
size of 2 or 3 pixels..
