Description Amadeus 2005-11-08 06:15:24 UTC
My suggestion is to move

Edit->Preferences->Genral to View->Columns
Edit->Preferences->Library to View->Library

This have been discussed at
http://mail.gnome.org/archives/rhythmbox-devel/2005-November/msg00018.html

I think better names would be needed. Almost all items in the View menu are
currently checkboxes, so having View->Columns would imply that your are going to
show or hide ALL columns. A submenu with checkboxes might be an idea (as
suggested on the mailing list) as it fits in with the current behaviour of items
in View. However, the number of items could be an issue.

I am closing this bug as obsolete as the UI has changed since I submitted the bug.
