Steps:
0) Go to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org
1) With the certificates extension enabled, View->Cert
2) Details tab

Result:
The "Certificate Hierarchy" treeview's selected row is almost completely out of
view.

Expected result:
Selected row is completely visible.

Fixed in cvs on HEAD and gnome-2-12.
