Incorrect data in Locations.xml.in

Distribution/Version: fedora core 4 The city "Aghajari" in Iran has been named "Omidieh" and has incorrect coordinated. The attached patch for the HEAD is supposed to update the information. I will also attach another patch to remove the city so it won't affect any translatable strings.
