Description Jones Lee 2005-10-23 04:02:03 UTC
Please describe the problem:
I try to install new font by DnD new Font to fonts://, after drag the new font
over the fonts:// folder, Nautilus doesn't show new file appear. (But actually
the files has been installed and need xfs reload to take effet). I think
Nautilus team should implementing the Font installation features so I dun have
to reload xfs and the new font files appear immediately after drag over. It'd
better if Nautilus coopereate with gnome-config team to add in Installing font
features or a button to link straight to fonts://

Steps to reproduce:
1.
2.

Quoting the same bug in Ubuntu: why doesn't the GNOME Font Viewer have a simple button for "Go ahead and install the font I'm showing you"?

gnome-font-viewer now has such a button. Closing this as OBSOLETE.
