Description Torben Fojuth 2005-10-17 12:02:43 UTC
Please describe the problem:
I was trying to playback some .ogg files in Rhythmbox (MusicPlayer in Fedora 4)
but the player stopped and told me via a message window popping up, that there
is a internal problem of the GStreamer lib. so that the playback can not be started.

Steps to reproduce:
1. start rhythmbox
2. import an .ogg file
3. click on play to start the playback

Actual results:
The playback doesn't start because of an internal problem of GStreamer (so the
application says ... an i have to believe this for now)

Expected results:
I hoped to hear my music

Does this happen every time?
yep

What kind of internal error does it say? Also, what distribution are you using?
Comment 2 Enrico 2005-12-11 20:43:46 UTC
Does it happen with .wav files too? mp3 files?
