This bug has been opened here: http://bugzilla.ubuntu.com/show_bug.cgi?id=16809

"If I change the preferences in the 'dictionary' tab it works, but if I change
the preferenes in the 'internet' tab the changes are not saved. It workes for
the running session, but next time the preferences are reverted to the default."

the web search is gone, at least for the time being, since this functionality is already provided by epiphany, the deskbar applet, firefox, galeon and who knows how many other web-related tools.

I'll add a dictionary source transport for HTTP and use dictionary.com web API for the people using gnome-dictionary behind an HTTP proxy.
