Please describe the problem:
A gw recurring event does not evoke alarms.
A non recurring event does ... but a recurring event doesnot.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a gw-recurring event
2. Set the alarms
3. Wait


Actual results:
No alarms are notified

Expected results:
Alarms to be notified

Does this happen every time?
Yes

This would depend on the fix for the bug 266144.

Have committed the fix to cvs HEAD.
