Description Mike Tyson 2005-09-30 02:48:29 UTC
Version details: Current version in Ubuntu Breezy
Distribution/Version: Ubuntu Breezy

Open an ftp:// url in Nautilus - Reload page, upload, etc. - Nautilus becomes
unresponsive until the operation is completed. (To the point where it looks
like it has frozen entirely)

This is extremely annoying, particularly as ftp accesses are particularly slow
(Does nautilus have to reconnect for every operation or something?)

I would expect to at least be able to use other nautilus windows while a ftp
view is loading.
