Vandana: I dont understand how the patch fixes the problem. Even previously, the new-folder-dialog will popup when the CamelFolderInfo is non-null. And every folder MUST and WILL have a CamelFolderInfo associated with it. If it gets NULL, then we are in some serious trouble.

This works now and has been fixed in trunk.
