This bug has been opened here: http://bugzilla.ubuntu.com/show_bug.cgi?id=15759

"When adding the first new profile with Edit -> Preferences -> Edit profiles ->
New, the dialog to enter a new profile name appears. Clicking create lets Sound
Juicer crash. After a restart a profile with the entered name is available and
name, description, etc. can be entered."

Confirming. Works fine in my HEAD build too (I experienced the problem as well).

Bug #343600 has a comment by Ross stating:

> Fixed in cvs, will be in 2.15.4 and 2.14.5.
Comment 6 Wouter Bolsterlee (uws) 2006-08-28 18:23:22 UTC
Sorry, the duplicate bug I pointed at is not exactly a duplicate. Anyway, since this bug is not reproducible anymore, I'll leave it as fixed...
