Description Henry Gomersall 2005-09-13 18:35:35 UTC
Distribution/Version: Gentoo

Open the add to panel window by right clicking on the menu.

The method for closing the window is clicking on the cancel button. In no use
case I can think of does this actually cancel anything. Any actions performed
whilst the window is open (dragging an applet to the gnome-panel) are kept when
cancel is pressed. This is not intuitive. If the "Add" button is used, the
window closes anyway, so cancel is not used.

I suggest a better option is "Close".

Reopening since I can't see why this would be a duplicate ;-)

This is a hard one. I'll need to ask usability people to see what they think :-)
