This patch adds a setup guide to the HACKING document, to bring all information
on getting started into one place.

This definitely needs to be added (apologies for not reviewing the bug until now).

My only hesitation has been that the patch references a url (for the images)
outside of our control, although I'm not quite sure where it could be hosted
within gnome.org. Possibly as a wiki attachment?

Also, there is reference to a schema.sql file, but no mention of where to get it.
