Same Hot-Key (F) is designed for Two Fields ( Full Name and Forward) in
the Dialog box for the Account Setup Wizard.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Run the New Account Setup Wizard
2. Try to use the Hot-Key (Alt+F) for going forward.

hmm. ain't easy, access keys (mnemonics) interfere each other, see screenshot. perhaps we have to change a second mnemonic to get this fixed.

currently used mnemonics are {ABCFGMNUPW}, so only "e" is left as access key of "Full name", "l" is too narrow and should not be used according to http://developer.gnome.org/projects/gup/hig/2.0/input-keyboard.html#choosing-access-keys.
