Please describe the problem:
In gconf, the /desktop/gnome/file_views/show_backup_files seems not to work.

Instead, the key /desktop/gnome/file_views/show_hidden_files seems to set the
preference for both backup and hidden files.

In fact, all of this is not really consistent : Ctrl+H, the option in the
preferences dialog and gconf keys seem to all work in their own way.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Browse in spatial nautilus to a folder with backup and hidden files
2. Try to set the keys in gconf
3. Try to set the preference in the preferences dialog.


Actual results:


Expected results:
A consistent preference, consistent with gconf : two preferences in both or only
one in both. 

Does this happen every time?
