In the first page of the Glom User Guide there are several links that don't work
properly:

    * 3.Using Glom as an Operator
    * 4.Using Glom as a Developer

When clicking on one of those nothing happens.

I've made a patch to fix the problem with the sections 3 and 4, it's a simple
lack of 'id' tag in both sections.
