Version details: 2.3.7
Distribution/Version: SuSE 9.3

Open the compose mail window. Click on attach and try to attach a file for which
you do not have permissions to access the file. An error message is displayed
which says
"You cannot attach the file 'xyz' to this message.
Cannot attach file 'xyz': not a regular file"
Click on OK in the error dialog. The browser window disappears and the
attachment bar appears in the compose mail window.

Hmm. This is not the only scenario. Just DnD a file, for which the user doesnt
have read rights. The same happens there as well.
