1. Select a mail from a folder other than the sent items folder and right-click
on the message. You can see that the 'Track Message Status' option is present
for those messages. Nothing happens on selecting that option

Expected results:
The option should be removed for messages present in folders other than sent items

Fix is committed to CVS head. Fix also ensures that the option comes only for
"groupwise" accounts.
