Select an subscribed folder in offline. Right click and select 'unsubscribe
folder'. Folder gets deleted from users mail/calendar view

Ok, it is like this.

"Subscribe/Unsubscribe to Other user's Folder" is not allowed in offline mode.

Unsubscribe folder doesnt work in offline now in evolution 2.3.x.
