GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 310484
a few errors in the .po file
Last modified: 2005-07-21 23:53:49 UTC
1. .po:42 reference: ⑤ ../battstat/battstat.schemas.in.h:18 Original: ⌘0 Warn on low time rather then low percentage "rather than" 2. po:113 reference: ⑤ ../cpufreq/cpufreq-applet.schemas.in.h:1 Original: ⌘0 A 0 value mean to show cpu frequency, 1 to show frequency and units and 2 to show percentage instead of frequency. "A 0 value means to show the CPU frequency, 1 to show frequency and units, and 2 to show percentage instead of frequency." (a) means (b) In this case, you do need the comma after the word units, to show that frequency and units belong together. 3. po:114 reference: ⑤ ../cpufreq/cpufreq-applet.schemas.in.h:2 Original: ⌘0 A 0 value mean to show the applet in graphic mode (pixmap only), 1 to show the applet in text mode (not to show the pixmap) and 2 to show the applet in graphic and text mode. "A 0 value means..." 4. po:118 reference: ⑤ ../cpufreq/cpufreq-applet.schemas.in.h:6 Original: ⌘0 Mode to show when show_mode is text or both This doesn't make sense, because there aren't two choices. Do you mean: "Mode to show when show_mode is graphic, or text, or both" or what? 5. po:412 reference: ⑤ ../gtik/gtik.schemas.in.h:3 Original: ⌘0 Display only stock symbols along with their value. Do not diplay changes in value. (display) 6. po:422 reference: ⑤ ../gtik/gtik.schemas.in.h:13 Original: ⌘0 Stocks to monitor - must be seperated by a + (separated)
Bad grammar/spelling is embarassing, lifting the priority. Do we not have a spell check for .po files? :)
Luis: mind your grammar; that's a comma slice! :)
