As with the panel window list, epiphany, gedit etc., the terminal tabs should
display a tooltip with the full window title when the mouse is moved over them.
This will improve usability.

I should be able to code up a patch.

Makes sense to me (comes in quite useful with many tabs)

Fixed in CVS HEAD, will be in 2.14. Test it if possible =)
