In section 4.4, which is in:
'/usr/share/gimp/2.0/help/en/ch02s04s04.html', there's a paragraph in
Italian that probably doesn't belong.

This is fixed by changing line 23 in src/concepts/selection.xml to lang='it'
instead of lang='en'.
