BAUM makes this very cool 24 cell Braille display called the PocketVario. 
Gnopernicus, a very cool BAUM screen reader, ought to support it.

Should also list the SuperVario 40 cell display, even though it is essentially
the same as the Vario 40 from a protocol point of view.
