In the page setup dialog select Paper Size: `Custom Size'
The paper preview in the `Page' tab is incorrect. (That is bug 140567.)

The paper preview on the `Headers and Footer' tab has also disappeared!

I only have a 'Custom' no 'Custom Size' but the preview in the headers footers
tab is still visible.  Can you still replicate this ?

It is (now ?) also only "custom" for me, but the paper preview in the Page tab
is still incorrect. (Change width to 2" and height to 10" to see that the paper
preview does not match the custom setting)

The paper preview in the "Headers and Footer" works for me now. So this looks
like it has become a libgnomeprintui bug now.

yeah I notice that changing the orientation makes the preview update to the
correct dimensions, just changing the width and height does not adjust things
correctly.

The same holds true for the paper preview in the print dialog.
