My GrandMa does not have a clue what AccessX is. I didn't either before I did
some googling.

this has been discussed before.
We should keep the AccessX keyword.
People in the accessibility world know it.

Sorry for being stuborn, but could you provide a link to the previous discussion?

If google on AccessX I get to technical sites, so I seriously doubt if a
non-technical user who needs this feature or somebody coming from another OS
knows what accessx is.

Furthermore IMHO Keyboard Accesibility Preferences already says it all
