Description Roel Brook 2005-05-15 02:38:17 UTC
Distribution/Version: Gentoo

I'm sorry if this has been asked before, but I couldn't find anything in the search.

Will reiser4 support be implemented? I know it uses a non-standard EA system,
but still a lot of users would like reiser 4 support. Could this be implemented
in the future?
Comment 1 Daniel Drake 2005-05-18 23:29:46 UTC
If someone writes code to support for reiser4 attributes, I think it would be added.
Comment 2 Kevin Kubasik 2007-02-07 01:51:57 UTC
Its just the whole reiserfs4 metadata system is screwy, read this:

Comment 3 André Klapper 2018-07-03 09:51:31 UTC
Beagle is not under active development anymore and had its last code changes in early 2011. Its codebase has been archived (see bug 796735):
https://gitlab.gnome.org/Archive/beagle/commits/master

"tracker" is an available alternative.

Closing this report as WONTFIX as part of Bugzilla Housekeeping to reflect
reality. Please feel free to reopen this ticket (or rather transfer the project
to GNOME Gitlab, as GNOME Bugzilla is deprecated) if anyone takes the
responsibility for active development again.
