GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 303715
Shortcut key to focus the page number field
Last modified: 2005-05-10 21:09:08 UTC
In order to be able to quickly jump to a specific page in a document, it would be nice to have a shortcut key that moves the focus to the page number entry field. The HIG say Ctrl-L should be used to "present or focus an entry field into which the user can type a new address or location to view." I'm not sure if that includes page numbers or not...if it does, then Ctrl-L should be used for this. This was suggested on the mailing list in this thread: http://mail.gnome.org/archives/evince-list/2005-May/msg00007.html
Forgot link to the HIG section I quoted: http://developer.gnome.org/projects/gup/hig/2.0/input-keyboard.html#id2555622
Fixed!
