Currently the right click menu is not ordered very well. I (and I suspect
others) use the "Mark feed as read" most often, and then the refresh one. After
that the edit and the remove. 

Thus move the "Mark feed as read" to the top of said list

Makes sense, changed the order and put Mark feed as read on the top, and put a separator in after 
"Refresh".
