Description Parag Goel 2005-05-04 09:35:22 UTC
Please describe the problem:
I am using GroupWise server for my mails.
When I opt to see the status of some mails in my "Sent Items" folder, it does
not display it. On the console, I get a debug message: "Error!! No header".

This happens only with some items, and it works for some other.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to the "Sent Items" folder in a GroupWise account
2. Right click on a mail and choose "Track Message Status"
3. The status window may not come up in many cases (around half the cases in my
setup)

Actual results:
The status windows does not come up for approx. half of the items in my "Sent
Items" folder

Expected results:
The status should get displayed

Does this happen every time?
No

we print "No header" on console in the cases when server hasn't returned send
options with the message (Possibly because of its current unpredictable behavior).

In those cases we can display an error message on screen instead of console.

Currently I am not able to reproduce this, just to be sure about the server problem:
- does it come for some mails and doesn't come for others?
- or it doesn't come for any mail, in the cases when it doesn't come. (unless u
restart evo etc.)

Comment 3 vivek jain 2005-08-03 06:36:03 UTC
is it still reproducible?
