i might have filed this before. apologies if so.

in your gtkrc, add the following line:

gtk-button-images = 0

this should turn off pictures in buttons. open the plugin dialog. notice that
"Activate" and "Deactivate" still have icons.

this may be blocked on a RFE in glade.

It seems we have the following issues:

Insert function:  Insert button
Page set up:      Preview button
Plugins:          Activate All button

I have fixed the insert function and page setup dialogs. SInce there is no appropriate stock button for "activate all" the plugin dialog stil remains to be fixed.

This problem has been fixed in the development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. Thank you for your bug report.
